The 111 is an "all clear" code in the hard faults code section (found during the KOEO EEC test), but the "10" is not a valid three-digit code. There is a single separator pulse between the hard faults (111) and the memory codes (212, 214). I wonder if those codes came from a code reader or the CHECK ENGINE light.
212 (M) Ignition TACH signal was erratic (module/wiring) or SPOUT circuit fault
214 (M) Error in Cylinder ID (CID) circuit or signal
Both of these error codes are probably the result of the cylinder identifiction (CID) sensor also known as the camshaft position sensor. This sensor is located on the passenger end of the rear bank exhaust camshaft and is held on by two 5.5mm (7/32") bolts. You can get the Wells F134 sensor from AutoZone for $29.99.
There is a chance that the cause of both codes is instead the DIS module located on the passenger side of the intake manifold, but from your description in the Forum and the codes above, the CID sensor is the most likely cause.
