Hey all question. I noticed this morning i am only getting exhaust smoke from one muffler. I looked underneath and the part were the piping splits to both mufflers it is all weird.

The pass side muffler is welded flat on the side of the piping, causing little if any flow to the ****. Would it be ok to just remove the pass **** and have the split replaced leaving just one ****.Would it hurt the car any thx.

Do you know what diameter piping it is that will be going to the single muffler? As long as it's not really small you should be fine with a single pipe. Just make sure you have the hole from the other muffler repaired. Don't need any exhaust gasses making their way into the cabin.

You can't use just one muffler with the stock pipe diameter. Well I guess you could but it can't flow very well at high revs. Using 2.5" pipe from the cats back to one turbo muffler will work. That's what I have.
