Does any BODY have the napa numbers??

I have been trying to figure out all this mess and post of springs lately. Anyhow, does anybody have the number for the front springs for a 90? Also what is need when the front springs kinda make a jumping sound? I know i need the strut bearings but what do i all need and can i get them from napa?
