D4U1 part number

I would like to swap a D4U1 computer for my current H3Z1. I need to have the part number in order to purchase one. Anyone got it? I believe the number can be found on the little plastic cover that was included as a port for an LPM wink .

Yup, it's sold. But I also found another source. http://ecutecparts.com has a used one for sale. I e-mailed a request to them & they replied with....

"We can supply your part used in good condition, with a 90 day replacement warranty!

Cost for a good used Engine Control Module (#FEDF-12A650-DB code D4U1) for a 1995 Ford Taurus SHO is $158.00. Price includes UPS/Ground shipping charges."

Okay, I've installed the D4U1. Maybe some small improvement, maybe. It definitely won't fix a trans if it's slipping and mine is doing that too. Did help the 1-2 shift probelm. In case anyone cares, the Ford part# is F4DF-12A650-JB D4U1. I have found it available at several on-line parts sources as a rebuilt unit. Usually in the $125 range. Since it's relatively cheap, I would recommend H3Z_ owners to possibly try one.

I have another D4U1 out of my other SHO i am putting back to stock before i sell it. I will take $125+10 shipping for it also. I also have a Ted B. LPM for the ATX D4U1 also for sale for $150+$6 shipping. Both are in perfect working condition.
