Code 219?

What is a code 219 mean? SPOUT signal defaulted to 10 degrees BTDC/ SPOUT circuit open. Also have code 213; spout circuit open?

I would check to see if one of your spouts are unplugged. Its a little plastic cap plugged into a harness back by the ground wire on the back of the intake, Also theres another one by the air box/abs pump. Any loss in power? The cars probly running in limp mode. This thread should explain everything you need to know.

Checked SPOUT connectors. They're fine. Still have the same codes. Any other suggestions?:

Replace the DIS module.

Replacing the DIS fixed that code for me, although the car never ran poorly before the swap.
