I think we will get the ultimate ax if the topica postings continue,,,so send me questions or more comments on Houston cops if you have them. And by the way, after speaking to the attorney I mentioned, you may also want to contact Internal Affairs of the HPD and file a written complaint based on the ticket, the citation may have procedural defects in it that may well dismiss the action against you.

Marlene don't the cops get pretty ****** when you file a formal complaint on them with the IA? I always thought they frowned upon such actions. Haha

****** or not, I even go to the city attorney's office and lay a "Public Information" request on them and read their personnel file. They are public servants and need to be under control if they have britches that got to big for them. If I'm guilty and intentionally broke the law, I pay the price. If I'm innocent they pay. And in the situation, where they pay, they usually don't show up at court, if they do, they are going to jury trial. The bitch has spoken. Someone can call it an attitude. Hellya, master vs. servant. They can always dig ditches for me if they didn't like protecting and serving.
