erm, said tag would be a sign hanging off a chain between the yellow poles...and i spotted that on a 2" cell phone screen...

haha, nah, it is sometimes just how it goes. Sometimes my brain won't process something in a busy area. My vision is superb, too. Just one of those things, I guess...

Actually, I thought Colin had great vision, because I thought he was talking about the small square red flag that is beside the yellow post on the left side (passenger) of the car, it appears to be attached to thin flexible pole and is partial blocking the black car in the parking lot behind the one the SHO is parked.
