Interesting . . . . but, if I fix my antifreeze leak, and do a quick track alignment I just might go autocrossing on Sunday w/Baystate Corvette @ Devens.

Decsions decisions . . . .

It's only the fourth year they've held it as far as I know, but yeah, I figured that if anyone would be going, you'd be one of them. lol

I think I will be going with my brother. If anyone else decides to go, post up or call/text me if you have my number! (Mike? Chris P?....)

Nice pictures, and your SHO looks really good with those wheels. Wish I could have gone, this is the first time I missed it in 7 years.
Where did you get those clear corners ?

Thanks. The clear corners came from Ebay.

I forgot about a couple more pics, too. I went to my other brother's house in CT after the show, and we took a little cruise to the Old Newgate Prison in East Granby. Unfortunately it is closed this year for restoration, but that didn't stop us from roaming around a bit.

It was originally a copper mine (built in 1705 - the first in the British colonies), but it was turned into a prison in 1773 after it was determined that they couldn't make money. During the Revolutionary War, it was used to house political prisoners (British loyalists). There is a ton of history there, and I'm definitely going back again after the renovations are complete.

Matt, thanks for posting photos. Your car looks great with those wheels! Interesting story about the prison, sounds like a cool NESHOC road trip/field trip. Any idea when renovations are going to be done?

Haha, oh well. I was still undecided about going right up until the night before, but some people from another local forum were going so I decided to make the trip. Thanks for the kind words.

You're welcome, and thanks! I think we'll have to wait a while if we want to have a meet/field trip there though. The website says it's "closed for restoration during 2011" so we probably won't be able to do anything until next year.
