If it had a tan interior it might actually be rare enough to command a 5 digit price.

I think I need to purchase another 1st Gen SHO. I don't think I learned my lesson the first time.

Does this ever end? I still say my blue 94 MTX with 50k miles on it is worth $20k if they think this thing is worth that much....

You like turning wrenches that much? Everything is obviously old and degrading now -including the electronics. I'm chasing an electrical gremlin on my 93 with 68k on the odo now

I have done quite a bit of work in my 2013 just for upgrades. Turning a wrench is no problem. The only thing I am worried about is availability of parts going foward for the older SHO's. I loved my 93 MTX, when I bought it in 2004. I was just too young and couldn't afford to be financially chained to it at the time.

Those are the two things you need- don't mind wrenching and the ability to afford to maintain it. Plus, wrenching to fix is different and less fun than installing upgrades that produce noticeable results (at least to me).

I agree, but most of the vehicles I have owned are wrench to fix....either way. The silver 95 in this thread is beautiful.

I have 4 other ones plus my pristine blue 94. All gen 2. Maybe one of them will end up being a donor years down the road. Who knows?
