I'll be there, possibly with a 9 year old in tow.

Oh, and a 24 year old that burns oil when pushed hard :)

OK, here's the first. Pre-test for oil pressure. Got pressure in around 45 seconds.

Video.

You are dressed way to clean to be working on a car :)

To have pressure everywhere only using the starter might take awhile. Now lets see this running. :dribble:

did you guys build the adapter? or get it from somewhere?

redhead, its a Kennedy Engineered Products adapter. They provide the adapter plate, heavy-duty clutch disk, and flywheel. They support many engine types. What ya thinking about doing?

redhead, that looks like some wild inspiration!

Well you could definitely marry the SHO motor with a similar transaxle to get a mid-engined Ranger. Too Cool!

That truck it too cool. Ford should've used this engine in something besides a Taurus. The Ranger and even the 1st gen Probe that already used the Vulcan V-6 come to mind.
