I believe only 58 SHO's were produced painted Rose Mist.

Last Sept we went to IL to tow his home.
I got mine exactly one year from when he got his.
If you go by day and not date: 9/1/2012 vs 9/6/2013 both a Friday.

I have one. Had it a fairly long time now - 2005.

IIRC, a fellow named Eric Lake - I wanna say Baltimore/DC area - had 2 or 3 of these critters for a while. I remember him trying to sell them, but don't recall whatever happened to them. This was a couple years back.

There is also a fellow named Ty on the V8SHO.com email group who has one out west. I wanna say somewhere in Lucien's neck of the woods.

Had an eye on one of these, but it's been a few years back. It was on a dealer's lot in a little bitty town in NE KS. The dealer said they got it from an older local couple that just didn't need it anymore. It was spotless, low miles, surely un-welded.
Unfortunately, it wasn't really in the budget at the time. Plus, that was when I first learned about the cam issue and didn't think it was something I could handle on my own or w/o spending way too much to have it done.

If I had any idea how rare they are or how well (cheap) my (eventual) cam weld was going to go I would have tried a lot harder to make it happen.

Now I have a red '99 with the rt side rocker panel wasting away and a trans on borrowed time.

I remember Troy Sours who did a screensaver for the v8sho folks way back in the day (which included some shots of my car) had a Medium Graphite. It looked good, but compared to what most Gen3s look like today, that isn't saying much.

As for the Rose Mist . . . Oy vey! If I ever get to be the top selling Avon rep, I'm going to request one.

Paul, I believe that you had the former Jim Filozof RM, which then went to Kirk, and now Matt Delbach (sp?) owns it in PA.

Dunno Matt's screen name here, but IIRC, after meeting him in Fort Worth this past summer, it's destined for an MTX conversion.
