b&g springs strut combo recommendation

B&G Springs struts recommended 95
I just bought my 95 SHO and the previous owner had B&G Red Springs not sure what I should do if I should keep these or get something better if I keep these what is the best strut combo I do plan on taking it to the track every once in awhile.
