Rustbelt O2's
If you have a oxygen/act torch you can remove them easily. Heat up the y-pipe O2 threads dull red and they will come out like butter. The hot wrench is a requirement when working on saltbelt SHOs. Tim- timd

Report: Aluminum Subframe bushings!
I have several sets of SHOnuts SFBs and also some of Courntneys. Both styles are designed for a TIGHT fit in the subframe on purpose. Mike C. told me a hammer is required to "help" them in and that is after cleaning up the rust around the subframe hole. SHOnuts are the same way, and I found...- timd
