Air bag help
It was giving me a code before that said the driver side crash sensor was bad. So I replaced the sensor under the radiator cover and that fixed the problem for about a month. Is another sensor bad? thx Z- zanthony74

Flip'n air bag again
Air bag light is flashing at me again. Its flashing 32 at me now. It was flashing something else before, and I changed the crash sensor under the radiator cover and that fixed it. If you don't don't live to deep in Iowa and close to Omaha, I could help you do it for beer....--->well maybe a little extra...it is kind of a bitch. I can't image someone doing that much work with the parts for that cheap.- zanthony74

And yes. Change the water pump while you do the the timing belt and have the dust covers off. It takes longer to do than the entire 60k itself. I did it. It sucked real bad.- zanthony74

He's right. A good 60k will include all that stuff. Plugs and wires. Another $80 bucks. O2 sensors, another $80 bucks(even though the place that did mine didn't change em). The plugs well seals, valve cover gaskets, complete intake manifold gaskets set are included in a kit I bought off...- zanthony74

Mine cost over $1000 from Ford Performance Specialist in Douglasville, GA. Now that I tore it all apart trying to find a mysterious knock and rebuilding the bottem end myself, I feel like a fool. Buy the 60K kit off ebay for $75 bucks. A $20 how to video off ebay. $160 bucks for gaskets...- zanthony74

1993 sho engine knock/rattle
Tore it apart, found a smoked rod bearing. They were all wore, but one was really grooved and brassy. Crank look good. Put it all back together after hand porting and polishing the runners/plenum and the intake ports on the heads and some big bore butterflies, and no more knock. In fact the...- zanthony74

Not the cat, it has a new performance y-pipe with new cats from Ford Performance Specialists. I think it is the rods. I bought some bearings and I think I going to change them.- zanthony74

1993 sho engine knock/rattle
I just had a 60k performed on my 93(it has 150,000) when I bought it a couple of months ago and around 1400-1700 rpm I hear a rattle/knocking noise coming from somewhere when the engine is under load. It doesn't seem to match the engine speed so I don't think it is a rod. It's intermitant when...- zanthony74
