94 ATX broken timing belt stuck rear pulley
The SHO is now in the possession of my mechanic--he offered me what I paid for it, and I decided I didn't have the time or inclination to mess with it. 94 ATX broken timing belt stuck rear pulley
The upper timing cover is off. The rear cam doesn't turn more than about 1/4 inch either way before something internal stops it with a solid metal to metal feel.- Curtis

At 102k miles, the timing belt is broken. The rear cog pulley won't turn--the pulley seems to hit an internal obstruction regardless of the crankshaft position whether turned clockwise or counterclockwise with a wrench.
