I wonder it I'm not racing it and just want a smooth ride if going to the PI wheels would be better. Even other alloy wheels 19' would be weight reduction and more cushion.
Anyone try that?

I've been wondering the same thing. I was afraid to put 87 in. Going on a 200 mile trip this weekend. I'll try 93 on way and 87 back the other. Record my gas mileage. Itll be a highway cruise both ways with little stomping.

I live in Fla, and we have these nasty bugs called live bugs that get all over the front of your car and the guts are super sticky. We get them off with dryer sheets and a little water. Maybe worth a shot.

Took mine to an AAMCO. They charged me 290 I think for just PTU.
48k miles on it. 2015 PP. It had been changed before and there was a bunch of metal fragments on the magnet. The fluid didnt look like sludge though.

Hmmm...it just seems like if it's already in the nonPP then there should be a way to add it on.
I keep looking for an aftermarket but dont see one.

Has anyone added ACC to a PP SHO?
If it's an option on the non PPs then the sensor and grill, etc.. parts must be available.
I just seems like a really cool option to have.
Thanks in advance!

I saw rims that were 20lbs for 298 on tire rack. They said they'd fit my 15.
60lbs is significant unsprung weight.

From other posts it seems like they are right about stock. I'm thinking about lighter weight rims...just starting to look

Thanks again for explaining...again.
I gave it a shot trying to find the posts explaining this from the past and got mixed up with the PP and non PP.
The eccoboost link was really helpful as well.
Fyi: the AAMCO guy, to get the sensor off for the inlet took a socket and cut a wedge in it so...
