    It seems ford has redesigned the thermostats to be a 190° had my parts guy at work check on the OEM temp was 180°, but changed to a new number that correlated to a 190°. I assume to achieve better emissions

    The factory studs were too long when I bolted the spacers on and hit the wheel so I cut approximately 13mm off the studs 7mm of that was untreated so no big deal. I used a cut off wheel and went really slow spraying the stud with water so I wouldn't over heat and weaken the studs.

    100% 63.4mm just put bolt on hubcentric 20mm spacers front and rear on my 15 non pp. I did have to cut my studs back to clear the wheels sits square with the top of the fender.
