Had water in plug well, now backfiring...
I'm having the same problem, could this have a serious effect on the cat? I noticed the one cat getting very hot last night after about a 10 minute drive. Once the water is all cleared out(only one plug well actually got water in it) could my car be fine? Or could the unburned fuel really have...- djnoir

Two split drive belts, engine fire, crankshaft pulley out of place. Help!
Turns out the harmonic balancer actually moved so much that it was rubbing on the timing chain cover, which due to friction, is what caught on fire. New harmonic balancer is now on, and it's been perfectly fine since then. God, I was scared when I saw the billowing smoke out of the engine...- djnoir

The other day I started up my 93 ATX. Noticed a strange slapping sound, so I popped the hood and noticed my drive/serpentine belt was split a little bit, so I hopped back in to shut off the car, by the time I did the belt snapped completely. So I replaced it, drove the next day. On my way home...- djnoir

1991 Plasti-dipped SHO (Flat-white)
I did a sort-of similar paint job to the bed, fenders, and bottom trim line of my 82 F150, but used paintable, black undercoating, essentially gravel guard, and I must say it looks fantastic.- djnoir
