Chain Tensioner Bolts
I ran a race engine most of a season with a push rod in the oil pan w/o a problem, BUT you could see where it had bounced around the pan and crankshaft! Long shot, but running a strong magnet around the outside/bottom of the oil pan and draging it toward the drain plug hole to get it out...- Mark H
