That is correct. You put it in gear, engage clutch and nothing. You can rev the motor as if it was in neutral. I would have thought I would have heard something if something really bad was going on??? I cant believe the clutchplate would just shred,,, There were no slippage symptoms prior to...- radjames

1994 MTX Tranny bad? Clutch?
Hey all, Please help. I was driving along and all of a sudden, there was loss of power, as if you put the tranny in neutral. There is nothing in any gear. There was no warning and absolutely no noise as if something gaveway. The throwout bearing made no noticeable noise. The clutch was...- radjames
