strange problems with my sho

I have a 94 with a 3.2 and i love the car. But... it ha a few weird problems maby someone can help with. Fitst i am getting oil down in my spark plug holes , but for some reason the plugs dont short out??? Next my car will be running fine when randomly the tack shuts off and it the car keeps...
