So today I investigated into the problem more all grounds appear good, so I looked closer at the ccr module. I was getting power in and out of the relay, but never made it out of the module. I wasnt thinking cps, but i anything is possible, the cps is about three years old put it on when i did the timing belt, those three years probably make up about 15000 miles or so. I was driving my 94 mtx sho with 215000 on it, pulled up to a stop sign and it died. Towed it home and listened for fuel pump, didn't hear it running so I Applied 12 volts at the fuel pump cutoff switch and it runs. I checked and not getting any power to the fuel pump cutoff switch.
