If you can make the mold. Would it be possible for you to also make the positive of the mold (the actual face). And perhaps mass produce it. I did some research online, and it seems that there are a number of ways one can make a plastic piece from a mold. Including DIY vacume plastics. The...- haller7

As I remember from the original postings. You would have to keep all the electronics intact. The part that controls the radio will have to be layed on top of the electronic climate control with a piece of material between them to prevent short circuts. Other than that I believe that would do it.- haller7

There should be nothing to the electronics stuff. I have e-mailed him before. When he e-mailed me back he said he had a lot of projects going on and didn't have time to work on it. Last I knew he was trying to find someone to make copies in abs plastic form his mold. I don't know if he wants...- haller7

Although this is true, some people just don't have time, money, or knowledge to do such things. Myself included. If I could figure out exactly how to make this fiberglass mold, and have a piece made from it I would. But like I said I don't have the know how.- haller7
