UPR catch can random bolt

I received my UPR dual valve catch can and I have this random bolt and spacer that came with the kit, and I dont see it mentioned on any of the install instructions and don't have any idea what it is for. I looked at other people's install pictures and don't see them using this bolt. Any ideas...

Key fob problems
