    I purchased the panel itself. All roads point towards a short in one or more capacitors being the issue. I'm going to look at the replacement and see if I can detect a burned/defective capacitor and MAYBE fix it myself.

    I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to find a new one and have never been able to locate one. I paid for a used one that will need some refurbishing as a last resort. Assuming it shows up, now I just need to find the place that repairs them.

    Sorry to dig up an old thread. I think I have a used FCIM on the way, finally. I can't seem to find who is repairing these in my searches here. I'd like to send the replacement off to be repaired so that I am only changing this out once. Any place you chaps can recommend?

    https://www.wheelworxinc.com/request-free-quote-form I used this place about 15 years ago for refinishing some rims on a 1984 SVO. They did a nice job, but that was 15 years ago. I'm sure someplace exists in Vegas to repair yours.

    Pull your rim/wheel off and look at the casting number to confirm. I think those are Mustang wheels, though. Sorry, see you did that already. You could send that off to be repaired.

    About the only way you can (conveniently) monitor individual tire pressures is with a bluetooth adapter, cheap tablet and an app like torque pro.

    They make butt connectors with the solder already built in. You just heat them and then shrink wrap. I use them frequently and they work great.
