missing SHOs...

I've had this car for about 3 years now and, unfortunately, I'm not doing it justice...it's time to let her go. She's been outside and on gravel roads, so losing clearcoat and chips in spots...especially the rear. Seats are baked and leather is cracking. Missing the interior trim piece (melted) at the top of the rear windshield. She needs exhaust, which I'll probably just take to a local shop for a quick fix.

I have a stack of folders with all original maintenance documentation - original owner was a STICKLER. Like an idiot, I didn't maintain this practice.
'96 Brakes (~5K)
Front Control Arms (~5K)
Al Subframe Bushings (~5K)
Tokico/Eibach installed in front, rears included (not installed) (~10K)
X2J (used) and main engine harness recently replaced
Police Grill
Plus Hood
Spare parts - hard button EATC, plug wires...I'll have to go through the tub to see what all's there.
She became my daily and I just haven't kept up with her. All in all, she's still super-solid and just needs someone who can take better care of her than I can.
$3500 OBO - car is located in Greenville, SC (29609) and just made the trip down from Raleigh, NC without issue.
