Intake Sensor mod
Anyone test an Intake Sensor Mod that fools the computer into thinking the air is cooler thus increasing performance?. considering the porterized intake...
I have installed 2 cold air boxes. One in a '97 with the saxacone removed and one in a '99 with it cut 3" from the air filter. I chose to leave the saxacone in because it is very hard to access. Chip or Air Sensor problem?
I just got a '99 sho with 28,500 miles and transferred my '97 mods over. First, I sent the SuperChip to be burned based on the new ECC code. Cleaned the computer connectors thoroughly, installed it and started the car (started fine but I should have test driven it for a day or two)...- v8mod'99
