So I decided at the last minute to go to the track. Place was packed but picked up a new Best M.P.H. 12.85@ 110.35. I swear i'm plagued to the 12.80's. I figured my time would be better but even with the high m.p.h. the eighth mile is off. Have you guys seen slips like this?
The guy is on here...JohnBlueGt....he has Livernois Tune...he put Dp's and Cat back on the same time and dyno'ed. BTW...got my brakes on and made a good difference in stopping and looks cool too
Not to step on any ones toes but I been thinking that could be up to debate. Seems like the fastest SHO's ive seen has full exhaust. I think the system as a whole might help as a guy on youtube just dyno'ed his SHO with full exhaust and picked up almost 50 hp..im sure that didn't come from just...
Virginia Speed sells VP ms109 which is unleaded race gas...I have ran a few gallons of that with a regular 93 tune but I also have another tune specifically for that fuel which makes a very noticeable difference :)
I could have sworn I saw somewhere on the ecoboost forum that someone lowered their time .15 in the quarter from a corsa exhaust but couldn't find it again. I do like staying quiet so if nobody has verified gains then to me its not worth money spent.
O k i'm sure this has been asked several times but has anyone seen quarter mile gains from installing a catt back exhaust on your SHO? I already have the tune, cold air intake, and catted downpipes and was looking at catt backs only if it gives you something to improve your times? Has anyone...
