    Brake question

Check your slider pins. My were frozen solid on one side and just barely moving on the other. You can clean them up, re-grease them (use brake grease) and put them back on it the rubber jackets are still good. The e-brake is the other possibility, my rear drivers side is hanging up, but my...

    E-brake cable problem

I have the same problem with my rear drivers side brake. I think I will just have it replaced (maybe do the other side too) and be done with it. Good Luck :p

    Rear brake job

I actually just finished doing my rear brakes today. First, if you find the correct brake piston caliper tool for a Ford, let me know where you found it. NAPA does not carry it, Canadian tire does not carry it, and Autozone does not exist up here :( . I could not find one anywhere. They both...

    Fuel pump lifespan

Does anyone know the life expectancy of the fuel pump for a MTX. The reason I ask is that I am about to install SFC's and I read that replacing the fuel pump on a car with SFC's is a real PITA. My car has 100K miles on it and if it likely to go soon I will do a preventive replacement of the...

    Stock SHO, looking for suggests

SHO5 makes some very good points. Struts, springs, and tires make a huge difference. Pricey, but worth it. You should also look at set of SFC (subframe connectors) these will help stop the frame from flexing and greatly improve handling. A 26mm rear sway bar from a older SHO (will help to...

ATTN: All those interested in SHOSPEED Enterprises SFC's

Hi Toolman, My postal code is L7G 4C1. That should help with calculating shipping charges. I have changed my mind on the powder coating, no powder coating for me. I think it would be a pain to grind every spot where welding is required and then re-paint. Thanks.

ATTN: All those interested in SHOSPEED Enterprises SFC's

Just found this site, what a great source of information :D . I will take a set powder coated if possible (red would be great). I am also in the Toronto area so maybe a bulk shipment to the Toronto area SHO owners would be possible. I have a 95 man. Have to go and check out all the other...
