fixed car,10 amp fuse in main fuse panel under the hood,on driver side, next to firewall.got info from one of the treads in the forum.this fuse is marked accesory and it controls the ircm relays output. if blown your cooling fan wont work,your fuel pump wont prime,you can not start the self...- shofur
