    That was a fun morning, Alex is a great, knowledgeable guy. The rain on a country road made it a bit sketchy. That second run I was still putting my window up when he left. Only regret is I should have told him to sit in the car, he could have gotten a hug from bolsters.

    It’s my understanding it’s about limited run off areas not about the shape of the track. Much discussion with Vintage racers going on about Unforgiving Armco Canyons.

    Does oil conduct electricity?

    I also use the 2 liter bottle trick, someone usually comes on and says just let it coat the starter, it protects it lol. So you didn’t unhook the battery to change a starter?

    Welcome Jay, I’m the Tom that Toolman is talking about. We don’t gather much, the occasional meet up at a car show or track day. A couple of us are running In a HPDE at Blackhawk Farms in August with Northwoods Shelby Club. Mikes your guy for eco info, mines a 93.

    SHO Club of America meet in September

    We’re in, my son in the 93, me in the Subaru. Both tracking, both bummed we’ll miss golf. Anyone on the fence should go for it. 18 years since the first of 10-12? we have attended. It’s always a good time, new places, faces connected to names, oh and the stories.....
