Diving into brakes,while being broke.
Like kryptto said, brake fluid does in deed go bad I had my fluid changed a while back, and there was a noticeable difference, it's fairly cheap to have it done and might help you out a bit- shaldaya

Powerstop brakes
I used powerstop drilled and slotted rotors with their top cop pads... DON'T I went to the track with them the next day, and in 2 hours of track driving, I was metal on metal But if you want the best of the best, look on this forum for the wilwood caliper kit, expensive as frig, but high...- shaldaya

Where might I find rear control arm bushings?
If They are the bushings I think your talking about (basically pipe that goes in the control arm ends) You may have to get a cheap lathe and make it yourself At least I'm pretty sure thats what I had to do when I replaced my control arms so I had 4 adjustable arms Also, i am 90% sure that all 8...- shaldaya

T There is a different manual transmission that's a direct bolt on, but its for a rear wheel drive truck, amd that'll be WAAAY more work- shaldaya
