So I guess the answer is that the MTX-IV is SHO specific. In other words Ford had Mazda custom make one. Then Mazda cut Ford off for parts. At my work when equipment breaks we get the numbers off of bearings to order them from bearing manufacturers rather then ordering bearings from the...- rennenmsports

Sounds like there is a problem keeping the manual transmission alive. Blocking rings and synchros are obsolete! Mine needs 1-2 blocking ring and possibly the synchro. Along with reverse gear parts (grinding into reverse occasionally). Mazda made the trans correct? They must have a Mazda...- rennenmsports
