Radiator side tanks.
I went through 3 radiators called go-dan, one a year, all failing at the tank seam. They finally admitted it must be a design flaw and refunded the money. Replaced it with a Modine from Napa and it's been dry for 3 years now.- RED95SHO

Removing A/C lines
Just did mine today. You'll need a 1/2",5/8" and 3/4" ac tool to expand the locking spring in the couplings on the evaporator at the firewall, the condenser and the compressor hose. I disconnected the high presssure valve as well to get at the comp hose. The safety clips you see at the couplings...- RED95SHO

Replaced my boken OE springs with CC's about 4 yrs ago. Now the fronts are broken again. Did not cut springs. Can the problem be related to bad subframe mounts?- RED95SHO

rough idle on cold starts
Did a search with no comments on a rough idle on cold starts which goes normal after a minute driving without hesitation. The idle is at normal rpm but rough. On warm start ups, no problem. Boy, do I feel dumb! With the meter the way it was, the reading for battery voltage was 24v! I don't need to tell you what the reading was when I put a fresh battery in the meter. Checked PTFE voltage I checked the voltage on the DPFE connector unplugged and back probed the brn/gry wire with a reading of O.2v KOEO.
