Windshield moulding question....

Looking again at the photos, I see what you mean. Yes, that is the sealer that the installers used. Your installation is much cleaner. I'll look into this.

Thank you. That's what I needed to know. Any gap seems strange to me, and I would think it would have an effect on aerodynamics. Seems like a smooth moulding is called for, but I suppose Ford knows best. Also, I think it's a trick of the photo...there isn't any black crap on the roof.

Here you go. It might not be clear from the photo, but the line along the top of the windshield is a half-inch gap.

Hi everyone....I recently bought a 2010 SHO, and I just had the windshield replaced. After the replacement, I was surprised to see a fairly wide gap at the top of the windshield that, if it was there before the new glass was installed, I had not noticed. It's about a half inch wide. It...
