Strange Symptoms
The memory code stated that there were times when the EGR did not open, not that it was opening too often. But still, I plan to replace the EGR. Thanks for the advice. Anymore would be extremely appreciated. Not many SHO mechanics to be found this far north.- NDSHO

Strange Symptoms
I've had this car for close to a year now and for the second time, it has crapped out on me again. Here's the deal. It runs like a top most of the time. I can drive it all day without problems, as long as I don't let it set at idle for too long (5-10min). Last night, after running errands...- NDSHO

Can we get a few symptoms of what it does do? When you turn the key, do all the lights in the dash light up? My best guess from the info you provided is maybe your clutch safety switch.- NDSHO

Yep, I did check the back three and there wasn't anything. Judging from the spill marks, it looks like some ******* spilled oil while filling at one time or another. I do understand the effect oil has on plugs and wires, but what I don't get is why after replacing them, it seems that they may...- NDSHO

slight miss from idle to 2500
That was the first thing I noticed when I got the car. There was a small amount of oil in the front three wells. I sucked as much of it out as I could before removing the original plugs. I compared the original wires with the new set, and the length of the boots were the same. Why is she so...- NDSHO

slight miss from idle to 2500
Need some help. I am new to the SHO world. Just fell in love with this car that I bought for $600. When I got it, it had a miss from idle to ~ 2500. I changed the plugs and wires first thing and that fixed it... for about 50 miles five or take. Now it's back again. Also, she runs just...- NDSHO
