I have nothing there, it makes it easier for me to take out my Alpine which is constantly breaking. It looks ugly, but, save the stock cd player, I don't know what else I'd want there.- LykeSHO

Sony CDX-MP40 or JVC KD-S890
I have a JVC, its the Kameleon face plate one and I like it, but it has broken a couple times. Both times I took it back to circuit city and they fixed it under warranty. The JVC has two pre-outs which is nice if your thinking of upgrading in the future, but the Sony has a little more power...- LykeSHO

All the SHOs have an amp or two in them so your going to have to get a bypass. If you have the ford premium sound you just need one and it'll cost you like $18. If you have the JBL I'm not sure. Sounds to me like your friends we're trying to set the gain on the amp because to do that you turn the deck up to where you hear distortion then you turn it down a couple notches below that then you turn the gain up until you hear distortion again and turn that a little down. As for the...- LykeSHO

engine revs after engaging the clutch
It doesn't do it while its in neutral and it won't do it if I've let off the gas for a few seconds so I think its like my throttle is delayed or something- LykeSHO

engine revs after engaging the clutch
Is it normal for my engine to rev up about 800 rpm right after I depress the clutch all the way. I take my foot completely off the throttle and then push the clutch to the floor and it will rev up a bit and then settle back down. I haven't noticed this before with the car so I guess something...- LykeSHO
