ECM strategy
We use factory Motorcraft spark plugs so even if the previous owner had one of our packages installed, the spark plugs wouldn't be able to tell him. The only way he would be able to tell is when he goes to flash a tune on to the vehicle.- Livernois Motorsports

I checked with the strategy code and it's a popular code with the 2014 SHO's. The only way we would be able to figure out if it was tuned through us prior is if you were able to find the previous owners name. Let me check to see if I can find anything with the S/W code or strategy code in the system. When people send the tune request forms in, the forms don't ask for the VIN. The previous customer could also have put the CAI on and left it stock.- Livernois Motorsports

The one that's labeled as "soft shift" is the corrected shift tune. The normal tune is a very aggressive tune that wasn't supposed to be sent out. I think it has to do with the management and salespeople that were here before though. Some of my managers said when they first started, and before those salespeople left, they didn't really communicate any issues.
