This is what mine looks like, I've used it too many time to count and haven't had any issues getting a crank pully off including the na 3.5 ,3.7 transverse or longitudinal mounted turbo 3.5 and the 5.0 coyote v8- Kevlar07

As a for technician I use the OTC 6667 damper puller very few vehicles it doesn't work on in my experience. You may be able to rent it from your local O'Reilly auto parts store- Kevlar07

Cheap insurance - Flex undertray
Do not buy the cheap one it's super flimsy OEM is worth the money. I'm curious about the temp difference I did this last year to combat ptu failure but I'm a non pp so no temp sensor- Kevlar07

Stock t-stat is what?
It seems ford has redesigned the thermostats to be a 190° had my parts guy at work check on the OEM temp was 180°, but changed to a new number that correlated to a 190°. I assume to achieve better emissions- Kevlar07

The factory studs were too long when I bolted the spacers on and hit the wheel so I cut approximately 13mm off the studs 7mm of that was untreated so no big deal. I used a cut off wheel and went really slow spraying the stud with water so I wouldn't over heat and weaken the studs.- Kevlar07

Plastic Pan Under Engine Ducts Not Open
I replaced mine with a tt Flex one a few months back, both ducts have channels that direct the incoming air flow up, one for the ptu and one for the rear turbo/down pipe. 100% 63.4mm just put bolt on hubcentric 20mm spacers front and rear on my 15 non pp. I did have to cut my studs back to clear the wheels sits square with the top of the fender.- Kevlar07

Well I couldn't find anyone who had done this so i decided to take the plunge and just try it I'm pleased to announce that it does indeed work. Added a wire between the ic and switch you also need to run a ground wire to the switch and you will need a connector for the new switch as there isnt...- Kevlar07

I was curious if anyone with a non PP sho had added on the traction control switch to disable the advanceTrac?
