Help with codes please 21 24 52 no start
I have a no start conditions so I learned how to pull codes Thanks to SHOForum.com Now during a key on engine off test I get codes 21, 24, 52 SHO is a 1989 V6 3.0 manual 52=power steering pump switch this seems simple enough 24=ACT or VAT out of range or EDIS fault failure in coil...- jsndsky

what if I get no codes?
Ran jumper used volt meter got reading of 14 V constant no sweeping motion should the reading be constant? Also should their be a volt reading at all I get one even when key off. Thinking of going to buy plug in tester but wanted info first.- jsndsky

Ground cable off neg post hot
Have 1989 SHO noticed that Ground cable off Neg post off battery is super hot to touch is not hot when key is off not hot when key is turn to accessories but as soon as you start cranking car becomes hot. Starter or connections not touching block. Any ideas So changing the cable will fix it...- jsndsky

1989 SHO what symptoms does a bad ecm have
1989 SHO no codes is this normal? Car's been perfect since I bought it. Then I go a no start situation every great while then twice in the same month. Now I have a no start condition,had it towed to mechanic supposedly it was crank case sensor still no start. Had it dismantled watch them...- jsndsky
