    Does anybody else have problems with the sun blinding you with glare off the dash panels? I kind of want to paint over it with something that I can remove later if I decide to. Any recommendations?

    ugh looks like they're discontinued. There are some jerks on ebay who will happily sell you one piece for $30, though. I'm not paying $240 to replace them.

    Service Advanctrac

    I'm getting this (service advancetrac) for about 4 days now, every time I drive more than a couple miles. It started when I drove through a flooded street following some heavy rain. Is this going to go away on its own, or did a sensor go bad? Did the water ruin it, or is that just a coincidence?

    The front left carpet arrived yesterday. Took under an hour to get the old one out and the new one in and everything back together, not counting some thorough vacuuming and cleaning. And for the record, it was (obviously, in retrospect) a perfect fit even though it came off a 2010 Limited.

    Long story. Ford wanted $180 for the first hour, and if they couldn't fix it in the first hour, then another 180 for the second hour. Unless it needed parts, and they quoted me up to possibly $4000. F that. So anyway, I got the leak handled by recalibrating it (thanks) and applying some $5 leak...

    As you can see, the driver side corner is low (that's where it's leaking) and the passenger side is high. How can I adjust that?

    It's not flush on the front left corner. Plus I guess the drains might be clogged. Water is overflowing into the headliner, running down the a-pillar, collecting in the dash, and then running out into the floor where the carpet now smells rotten. :(
