New (to me) 1993 ATX can I remove superchip?
I cant wait to find out;) Pulled the chip, ran great, shifted lower than before. Then the VSS failed, that thing is a pain to get to! Maybe this will be the last detail and I'll get to enjoy her now.- Joe Rainwater

Is the procedure as simple as disconnect the battery and remove the chip? Maybe put some tape over the port?- Joe Rainwater

Runs great but has rough downship under no load coasting down. I've searched and it looks like superchips have a pretty bad rep, can I pull the one that is in it to eliminate that as a variable? The car has a larger MAF, high flow cats/y pipe, borla exhaust, weld on subframe connectors...- Joe Rainwater
