    just bought a shonut reinforced motor mount on ebay for $80! I can't wait to get it in, so I can finally stop driving my other car. Thanks for the help!

    I'm going to get a reinforced one from shonut then, it's cheaper and better. Is there anything else that could have broken during an extremely hard shift, that would make the engine move a lot in the front? maybe the frame where the motor mount is or possibly a bracket?

    Hi, I'm new to these forums. I recently purchased a 1991 SHO mtx with 200k miles a fiberglass hood, and a rod shifter. I was shifting a little harder than usual and the motor mount snapped, I went to autozone and got a new motor mount but it doesn't look anything like the shonut reinforced one...
