Sunroof Switch

That same stupid thing just happened to me too! It looks like the two plastic "welds" that hold the switch to the cover broke, which I am just going to get two small screws and attach it back to the cover. It would be easier to do it with the cover off, but it doesn't seem to want to come off...

Removing EGR will.....

I believe that '92 and up do not have EGR valves. I was looking for mine and I could not find it. Later I learned that it was eliminated on my '92.

Head Rests

How do you remove the headrests from the seats in my '92? I unscrew the black caps, but they are still stuck in the holes. What's the secret? Thanks, Ryan

SPOUT Connector

Anybody ever hear of it? Talking with Joe from SP Motorsports, and his boss said to try disconnecting this connector to help pass the NOx in emissions test. He said that it was an electrical connector. Thoughts? Thanks

That sounds like a pretty good deal for your converters. I assume that came as a Y-pipe set with the cats. It passed the emissions test just fine then?

That's not a bad idea! I could give it a try. I ahave already used up my three free tries, so now they cost $10 each, but that is still cheaper than $1000 for converters. I just talked to another dealer today, and he is definately sure that it is probably the cats. Thanks!

Emissions

Just wondering if anybody has had problems passing the emissions test. I have replaced both O2 sensors, and MAF ( more of a drivability) problem) and everything passes except for the NOx. I'm thinking that the next step would be the Cats, but I'm not sure. Any ideas would be great. I have a...

Bad Cold Drivability

Has anyone seen it where when the car is cold, it hesitates big time, and has no power. You can put the accelerator down, and it seems like it wants to go, but it just revs without accelerating. Eventually it will slowly go, and once the RPMs get high enough it'll go. The condition improves...
