Sorry, maybe I was not clear with my "blast of hot air" comment. What I meant was that I had the heater on full blast the whole time, yet it blows stone cold until the gauge goes up to the red and then sharply and abruptly drops to normal, and this is when you get the heat all of a sudden.

As projectSHO89 said, I think the one code that's causing you the problems is 214. I would say it's most likely a CID (PIP signal) failure, caused by a faulty cam pos. sensor.
I know there is a few other SHO guys in Montreal, maybe they may be able to assist?
