Right Side Spkrs inop- JBL

No, the aftermarket unit was out and the stock head unit and cd player were in the trunk. Guy told me that the stock head unit was inop. Spoke to him since posting and he said no probs with right side with aftermarket unit in. Said maybe one of the JBL amp connections needed attention but...

Just got this 91. Prev owner took out orig head unit due to inop and put in aftermarket stereo/cd. I picked up another stock head unit, when first put in didn't get sound. Disconnected and reconnected, got sound, but only out of left side. Some sound out of right when balance is set all the...

Ground Effects channels

They're basically straight but with a slight lip that's been crimped in so as the panels are held tight to the body at teh top. I don't think fabrication would be very easy- I was thinking junkyard but was hoping to find new. Anyone out there near western KY that has a set off a wrecked car?

Ground Effects channels

Where can I either pick new aluminum/sheet metal ground effects channels? Ones I have are pretty nasty shape, and need new connectors as well. Going to eventually use them on the wagon conversion so I want to make sure they are in good shape.

How did you go about getting it scheduled? I just bought a 91 that was originally a Wisconsin car, then Illinois, and on the way home I noticed some sudden steering changes (at 70 mph!). Just crawled underneath and noticed the drivers rear mount was hanging low and the bolt wasn't even...

Rust

Just picked up a 91 and on the way home noticed the steering all of the sudden feeling a little funny. Pulled into a rest stop a couple miles from home and couldn't find anything. Crawled underneath and found the drivers side rear bolt had pulled through and the nut/plate were gone. I was...

Fixing 91 loose steering

Hope you don't mind my ***** backing on your post, but I just bought a 91 today and I also have a problem in the steering when turning left only. It resists my turning to the point of clunking and binding. I crawled underneath- doesn't appear to be TRE or rack. I think it may be the u-joint...
