    I cant comment on the coil overs but the H&Rs are a nice upgrade. I still have a little low speed groaning through parking lots but it's not bad. Chicago area roads aren't horrible either. Huge handling improvement for me. I had mine installed at a shop for 300 which included an alignment.

    Correct. It is the cost of acquiring the tuner plus $300 to Livernois. It's pretty painless. Don't forget plugs, thermostat and the new MAP sensor (Rockauto for sensor and plugs).
