ac crapped out
Well I had the system checked out and the compressor is bad, it's not pumping.It has refrigeration and the clutch engages correctly but when it does it sounds like there's gravel in there.I can get a rebuilt from napa for $400.So i guess I'll be screwing with this in a few days.Thanks for all...- blk99

thanks,the clutch engages normally but blows warm air.A friend of mine is a refrigeration tech and will check it out in a day or so when we can hook up.I just wanted a heads up in case it's shot.Thanks for the reply,Pat- blk99

ac crapped out
Has anyone replaced the ac compressor? Just wondering what kind of job it is and how much of the car has to come off.At least I can see it but looks real tight all around it.- blk99
