    Overheating, and low coolant.

I did an engine swap in my 91, with a 91 block, so everything should be fairly straight forward. I had the car running for about 3 weeks, when it started smelling a touch like coolant and getting a bit warm. So I replaced the water pump which seemed to be leaking a touch, just from the...

    Correct injector O ring size?

Is it 7 mm or 5/16"? I used 7 mm but they look a touch smaller than the original, but I wouldn't doubt the original has been warped to some extent.

    Engine not firing.

Okay, one other thing I have thought of... I kept the old fuel rails in the car, but replaced the injectors with the newer ones... could clogged injectors be the problem?

    Engine not firing.

Thansk for replying Slo-Sho. You are correct, there is no backfire (or any fire for that matter). The timing should have been fine anyways. Check Engine light does come on when the accessories are on, but not while the engine is cranking. Tach is at about 400 RPM when cranking also. Any ideas?

    Engine not firing.

Okay, I have finally got the new(er) engine in my car, but am having a small problem. I am sure I wired everything back up correctly, and all the hoses and bolts are all back in place... but the car is just not firing. The plugs are sparking. There is fuel flowing, I can smell it quite...

    Motor Swappin' SHO

He he he. I am in the process of putting my new motor back in to my car. If you pull the engine and tranny as one, you have to take them out the bottom. If you just pull the engine, you have to drop the subframe and pull the tranny out the wheel well. Either way you go, you're dropping the...

    Crank Sensor with Engine out.

Oh yeah, the crank bolt is still on both engines. I need to take the old sensor off the old engine and install it in the new one. So regardless, I need to get it off out of the car, but I think it would be easiest to replace it into the new one in the car. Any suggestions or other ideas?

    Crank Sensor with Engine out.

Hi, been a member here a while, but never actually posted. It always got depressing because my SHO has been parked for a year. Now I'm finally getting my new engine in, however, the previous owner had stripped the crank sensor off (it looks like he just yanked it out). Would the task of...
