cooling fans

I too am having the same problem. I hook the fan straight to the battery terminals and the motor does work fine and spins ok. But when I hook it back up to the wire harness and relay box, it refuses to come on and the car will overheat. I have already changed the thermostat too. I have changed...

fan motor?

After doing some trouble shooting of my radiator fan, I have decided to replace the motor, unfortanetly all I have been able to find at the stores and the salvage yard are non-SHO fan motors. The closest I have found is the 3.8 fan motor but the connector on the SHO's wire harness is a 2 plug...

car running hot

My 91 SHO recently developed an overheating problem. I thought the thermostat was bad and replaced it after I thought the fan was working, well it appears the fan is not kicking on at all. Is there a relay control accessible for the fan or anything else obvious to check besides the wire harness...

Need tire recommendation

Currently looking for a good drag/racing tire set up. Are there any recommendations for sticky tires for the stock wheels or another option with extremely cheap wheels with drag radial tires sized for First gen SHO's? Thanks Jon 91 SHO
